Targeted Position: Administrative Specialist, Staff Analyst
Staff Analyst, Boeing (contract position) Sept 08 – Feb 09
· Created and updated Web Pages for 787 Services Intranet using HTML coding and Boeing Proprietary Web Software.
· Collaborated with Team to provide Web pages for Lessons Learned and have a usable and simplified way of retrieving and standardizing information.
· Teamed with Field Service Engineering to design, Using Excel to update and publish qualitative and quantitative relationship databases that detailed and illustrated Field Services Training Program Reports for visibility to executive leadership. The reporting was done in Excel linking and managing input to different levels and summarizing data to a top level chart. This collaborative effort resulted in a clear and concise tool generating reports that visually showed this team of Customer Representatives training completion status. This status Report also included S-curves and visual color coding for the weekly Business Plan Reviews with Executive’s of the 787 Services Life Cycle Product Team.
· Responsible for processing Server Access Requests and Server Maintenance, for entire 787 EIS group which comprised of 12 different departments and about 100 employees
· Updated and maintained Power Point Presentation Customer Intro Chart for weekly meetings, retrieving information from complex sources. Streamlined process and provided desk top instructions for future department use.
· Provided support for Leadership Presentation meetings for 787 EIS Group using Power Point, Visio, Excel and other presentation material.
· Provided desktop instructions for various functions related to this position.
Technical Specialist, Boeing (contract position) June 06-June 08
· Created and updated Web Pages for 747 Freighter Airplanes with Microsoft Front Page.
· Provided administrative support for airplane closure and certification by representing Liaison Engineering in closure meetings, creating delivery closure letters, resolving issues as needed. Creating reports in Excel to show outstanding issues.
· Co-ordinated with Service Bulletin Engineering to convert Engineering Documents in Word format to create a PDF Binder used to convert documents to
Boeings Customer Web Portal. Provided resolution to explain discrepancies using Excel and Word in explaining differences. Assisted in creating a product usable for the external Boeing web page by working with Liaison Engineers to resolve issues.
· Set up Engineering Templates for use by Liaison Engineers.
· Created reports in Microsoft Access to determine items needing to be uploaded and routed engineering documents from Word and Excel to proprietary web tool.
